For the last couple months if i try to watch a video i keep getting a pop up saying that my "Shockwave Flash may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the plug in now, or you can continue to see if the plugin will complete." that's what it says exactly. I always hit continue but i keeps popping up for about 3 to 5 times. Ive already restored all the settings for Mozilla as it said to do on this page but it still isnt working. Please HELP!!!

I found many posts using a web search. Try this;

Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.

Flash Player Version: 23.0.0.185 Flash Player (Linux) Version 11.2.202.637

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Direct link scans current system and browser Note: Other software is offered in the download.

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drivers

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

https://forums.adobe.com/message/4468493#TemporaryWorkaround

  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
