Using a camera or microphone is not a basic function of a Web Browser* more-detail <-- Blue text: clickable link) such as Firefox.

Obviously some uses of the Firefox browser with addons may require camera or microphone use such as Skype or FlashPlayer, the camera and microphone settings are then within those applications or the Operating System * (Such as Windows or Android)
