Have just updated Firefox and tried to watch an Amazon Video stream. Keeps crashing with message to say I do not have Widevine Content Decryption Module plug-in. This is shown as installed and always active on plug-ins page. It is also up-to-date as of 28th June 2017. Can anyone help please?

Try to remove the gmp folders in the current profile folder to make Firefox retrieve a fresh Widevine copy.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

Try to toggle DRM off/on to see if that makes Firefox load the components.
