When I open a tab it goes to search.rsparks.com. How do I stop this Norton or any of the 5 malware checks didn't work. This started right after the last update a couple days ago. It's not a tool bar issue, I don't use any nor have I downloaded anything. I mostly use this computer to watch youtube.

That search.rsparks.com is a browser hijacker, that you will of course need to get rid of.

Go to the 3-bar menu (or   'Tools') => Addons => Extensions and look for any unfamiliar or suspicious looking extensions, like e.g. :

• SafeSearch Incognito • SearchAssist Incognito • File Convertor and Search Addon

When you find any : remove them.

Do the same in Windows' Control Panel => Programs.

However :   most malware will be 'hiding' somewhere , so let's run malware scans, even though you've already run six scans : let's try again.

Further information can be found in this article :
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners.
They all work differently   -   what one program doesn't pick up, the other might.

As you have done everything as suggested by Enigma, I can only think of refreshing Firefox : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

But first, would you go over this article, just to make sure that you haven't overlooked anything : http://www.computips.org/remove-search-rspark-com/
