Panda Security software detected this trojan but was not able to delete it

Please could you give me the delete command to delete this directly from a command window

I am using Windows Vista

Please would you remind me how I access a command window

This is how I would try to get rid of this trojan, if I could remember how to, perhaps there is better way using the firefox system

[nb It took a week for Panda to scan my system - it goes so slow when scanning certain objects]

Thank you Barrie

There are better, faster, and free scanners available. Further information can be found in this article; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Separate Security Issue: Update your Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

Flash Player Version: Version 27.0.0.170
