I have three address books. Two of them duplicate a few addresses but one does not. That is, it has addresses that are unique to it. I'd like to delete the entire address book but "Delete" is greyed out. How do I accomplish the delete process?

What address book is that? Both, the 'Personal Address Book' and 'Collected Addresses' cannot be deleted. They are built-in. However, you're not forced to put contacts into these address books.
