I think that the lastpass.com extension should be able to import from Opera then installing the same extension in Firefox will give you access to those passwords.

Without sync or other apps you can copy the "Login Data" file from the Opera directory to the "...AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\" directory and then in Firefox you can import passwords from Chrome (I already had Chrome installed, so I copied the Chrome Login Data file to another location)
