No matter how often I declare a sender's address as Not Spam it still keeps sending them to the spam folder. I get 5 - 10 emails from this sender a day and have to dig them out of the spam folder.

What email program since Firefox does not have one.? If is a website, deal with their support. If is Thunderbird post your question here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/thunderbird

Sorry, it is a problem with Xfinity connect. Somehow I got out of their support and into Firefox.
