I'm using Windows 10 64 bit and still anytime I send an email with Thunderbird the program hangs while sending the message and takes long time. I've had this issue in windows 10. But we have assigned static IP address to PC its working fine .please reslove issue asap.

Please start *Windows'* safe mode with networking enabled - win10 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode Then sStill In Windows safe mode, start thunderbird in safe mode - https://support.mozilla.org/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird

We have tried as per the steps provided. But, Problem is not resolved. Again we are observing delay in sending emails. Please suggest any other solution to get resolved. We are observing the problem in Windows 10 and Windows XP PC's only.

Does this mean you have systems which don't suffer this fault? What would they be? Linux? Mac? Some other version of windows? Or a non-PC situation such as a tablet or phone?

We are observing this problem in all windows versions.
