On desktop I go to tools to sync. Android has nothing about sync on tools. When using on desktop, nothing happens on Android. On Android I don't see how to sync.

Hello Oscar.

After you connect Firefox on desktop to your account, open Firefox on your Android phone and tap the menu icon in the top right corner. A menu will open, where you should look for Settings. There is the options to connect to Sync with your existing account.

More information you can find in the Sync bookmarks, tabs, history and passwords on Android article.
