Since the new version I have had issues with my mail automatically marked read as it is coming in instead of staying bolded until I click on it to read. Now one of my accounts is saying it is 95% full which could keep me from getting my email. In the past I was able to keep over a year's emails without this happening. Now I have 3 months and it is full. How do I fix this? I need to keep old emails to refer back to as need for my business.

Who is saying this - Thunderbird, or the server? What is the exact error message? Please post a screenshot of the error. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem

What is your account type - POP or IMAP?

I need to keep old emails to refer back to as need for my business.

Not directly related to the problem at hand, when your email archive is important to you, do you have a current backup of all your messages?
