I blocked an email address that looked line spam, only to discover that it was from a company I want to receive mail from. How do I unblock the extension for this company so I can receive their emails again? Thank you.

Thunderbird doesn't "block", so can you tell us in a little more detail quite what you did? The Junk Controls in Thunderbird work by counting the occurrences of words, and correlating the frequencies with your own classification as Junk or Not Junk. There is no blacklist of senders or attachment types. If you have been offered an option to block a domain, I think you must have some other anti-spam or anti-virus system in place.

You are correct. My mailbox in '@outlook.com' captures my junk messages outside of Thunderbird and offers a block feature. I blocked it there, and now found how to unblock it there. Thanks for the help. It's just what I needed.
