I'm trying to set up filelink to send large attachments from Thunderbird. I follow the instructions to set up Box. There's an link to authorize seeing what services are set up, but when I click it nothing happens. When I click "Add" I get a message that says, "We're sorry, but the current version of Thunderbird only allows one account from each online storage service." I don't understand why I can't successfully authorize seeing the settings for the storage service, and i don't understand the message I get when I click Add.
