Meesages won't downloads on one of my pop3 accounts after 17/4/18. If I delete the account and recreate it, the messages up 16/4/18 download but nothing after.

I have multiple email accounts accessed by pop3, 4 of them with yahoo. One of those accounts has stopped downloading new email on my laptop from 17th of April. It is accessible via web-mail and also via pop3 on my phone with a different client. I tried all the suggested fixes, none helped. I deleted the account and recreated it. All existing mail up to 16th April downloaded then the status remains at "downloading message n of m". No messages received after 16th of April will download from this account. My other Yahoo accounts are fully working. I'm out of ideas, any suggestions please?
