When browsing Facebook on Android with Firefox, all images has very low quality, it looks like very aggressive jpeg compression. To the point that faceses of people are unrecognisable. When browsing on Chrome on the same phone, they look normal.

I use 2 extensions in Firefox: uBlock Origine and Dark Background Light Text

Seburo, Facebook does send lower quality images to Firefox for Android. There is not anything Firefox can do to fix the issue.

You can ask Facebook to send better images by reporting a problem with Facebook
