Since I used my new notebok, the safe-sign, the lock, turns each time I open an e-mail mail from green to yellow, and refreshing the side is no solution.

I've bought a new notebook, a HP and installed Windows 10 and Firefox as my standard browser. If I want to read my email, I noticed that the green safe lock turns from green to yellow when I open an e-mail to read it. Refreshing the page is no solution: the lock turns green, but as soon as I open an email, the loch turns yellow. The pages and emails I receive come from reliable firms. The connection seems to be open for so called "man in the middle" attacks. How can I solve this problem?

Chosen solution

Hi, depends on where you are getting your email from. If from a website on-line mail, nothing. As it is up to the website.

I have a yahoo account and it will change also at times, there is no control over it. I tend to log out then and come back later and will find it stays Green when less traffic.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

This usually happens if there is content on the page that comes via an open HTTP connection. This is usually about images embedded in the email. You can check the Web Console for more detail.
