When I open the Firefox browser, Malwarebytes blocks "assets.phone.us" from the firefox.exe file.

Not really a Firefox support issue: as Firefox is just following what Malwarebytes "lead".

Use the Manage Exceptions button to override the block that Malwarebytes has put up. Best to avail yourself of Malwarebytes Premium support for more information about why they blocked assets.phone.us .

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
