Edit recurring Event

I have an annual recurring Event I need to change the date on.

When I opened Thunderbird, it alerted me to an annual event I set last year. But the actual event is not for a few more days. There was no option to "Edit" the event, so I clicked "Snooze" for "1 day" (the maximum.)

I'd like to edit the Event to not remind me until the correct date, but now I can't find it in the Calendar. It's not on the Calendar for tomorrow, nor is it still on the Calendar for today (I checked several days in either direction but nothing's there.)

I don't know if this is a "bug" or if I'm just looking in the wrong place. Can anyone help? Thanks.

(Thunderbird 52.9.1. Windows 7.)

Chosen solution

re :an annual event I set last year. In Calendar view select 'All Events' they should get list above the tabular calendar. click on the one set a year ago

Or in left pane use the small calendar to go back a year ago and click on the original event date. It should display that week in the main calendar. then click on that event to open it up for editing.

Thanks. I wasn't clear at first that "All Events" is an option under the drop-down menu above the calendar (I kept checking the toolbar menus), but once I figured that out, I was able to "Open Event" and edit it.
