My browser freezes for a while and refreshes itself only when using Facebook or YouTube, even with 1 tab only. Others seems to be okay.
I thought the problem was with my PC. So I reset my PC, installed all the software again and then started using Firefox with the latest version. But the problem is still there only when using Facebook, sometimes with YouTube(Rarely). While scrolling down in Facebook, the browser freezes for 5 to 10 seconds and then refreshes itself. I've the latest Firefox, Only 4 ad-onds, updated windows 10, everything allright. Even when I tried using Microsoft Edge, I didn't face the problem. Everything was right there. Then I headed back to Firefox, I started facing the problem again. In a 10 minutes of Browsing Facebook, It freezes upto 3 times. Something is really bad in Firefox new version. (attached photo had been taken before I reset my PC)

First, if you have not done so already, backup your user profile.
Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles. I use an add-on that makes backups of my user profile, Just In Case. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with the current Firefox.
Every now and then, open the profile folder and create a copy of the current profile as is to another location on your hard drive. This way you will have a backup.
If you do this each day, you will not lose much data. This should be done with Firefox Closed.
Note: In case you need to restore from these backups, you may need to overwrite old or corrupted files.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
While you are in safe mode;
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
