Hi there. deltadawn.

Has it happened that you yourself have erased this accident? Or has it simply disappeared after viewing the still existing folders for the last time.

try to keep these folders and not delete them.(or compact them etc).

Are you using Windows?

Greetings thunderbird Volunteer.

Hello there again. Deltadawn.

There are several ways to get your mails back. try this on your computer machine.

-Restore Deleted Thunderbird Emails –

. The recovery process engages access to application data and altering a small number of lines of code.

Try this please:

-Instructions-

1) Click on the Windows Start menu and select “Run.”

2) Type “%AppData%” in the space provided. Press “Enter.”

3) Open the “Thunderbird” folder, and then the “Profiles” folder. Select your default profile and open the “Mail” folder within it.

4) Open the folder having the name of the incoming mail server.

5) Open the “Inbox” file having no file extension in the Windows Notepad. Don’t unlock the “Inbox.msf” file.

6) Look for the text of the email you’re trying to recover. Select “Find” from the “Edit” menu to launch Notepad’s text finder.

7) Locate the line titled “X-Mozilla-Status:” above your target email’s text. Change the numbers on this line to “0.”

8 ) Save the file and shut Notepad. Launch Thunderbird to look for your restored mail.

9) You have successfully restored email from your Thunderbird account.

after trying this, please contact us again. We are here to help you.
