Users with Firefox 60.9.0esr show that version as "up to date" in about:preferences, not getting updated to 68.1.0esr (latest). Why?
My organization uses Firefox ESR. Most users have 60.9.0esr. When they look in about:preferences it says this version is "up to date" when they check for updates. However, it appears that a newer ESR channel release, 68.1.0esr, is available. Why isn't that being offered to ESR channel users on 60.9.0esr? This is causing some problems for us because new funcitonality in one of our core applications does not work in 60.9.0esr but does work in Firefox 68+. Will firefox push 68.1.0esr to users currently on 60.9.0esr as an update, and if so, when?

hi, firefox 60.9.0esr is still the main supported firefox esr version at the moment. the automatic update will happen to 68.2.0esr at the end of october - for more information please refer to Firefox ESR release cycle
