Audio streaming works fine as long as the screen is active even in another app. As soon as auto-lock kicks in, audio stops playing. Is there a solution to this?

Well, it used to work just fine. It stopped working (for me) with latest iOS update. It still works in Safari, but both Firefix and Chrome stops the audio when the screen turns off. Very frustrating.

It is not a Firefox issue. It is the expected behavior in iOS. This is because the iOS kills the app after a few minutes in the background.

If the app is on the foreground the audio should not stop playing.

I was hoping to use Firefox for all of my streaming audio. I will now have to use Safari or download all of the individual app's. So Sad!!!
