V60.9.1 used to ask for the Master Password before opening TB. Now it doesn't do anything. It just opens TB without asking for the password. Tried turning MP off and on but makes no difference.

Looked further into this and I think 60.9.1 worked as it did because I was using "Master Password" extension. That extension doesn't work in 68.3.1 so I am just getting the default action of Master Password. What happens now is that TB loads but when I try to download new emails it then asks for the Master Password.
