want tabs below bookmarks toolbar (again)
just updated to 7.2, and now my userchrome.css has broken "again".....
l cant do tabbed browsing like this as only the selected tab is accessable, anything else l click just accesses my bookmarks toolbar... why does Mozilla keep on breaking this? why cant they give us an option to change the location above or below like before..

You need to wrap the contents of your userChrome.css file in this:
@-moz-document url(chrome://browser/content/browser.xul), url(chrome://browser/content/browser.xhtml) {
} <=Closing bracket is last line of userChrome file

First, it's Firefox 72.0, not 7.2!
That old option was removed with Firefox 29 Australis in April 2014 and after that a user needed to install an extension to "restore" that option. Classic Theme Restorer was used by many users of that time to get the tabs moved to the bottom.
Check this sub-reddit for the code needed when the userChrome.css code needs to be tweaked, again. https://www.reddit.com/r/FirefoxCSS/
l really loved the theme restorer addon, but sadly that doesnt work any more.
as for the reddit, l came here because l couldnt find anything there.. looks like the only peeps to of fixed their issue are on Win7 the only thing lve achieved is a mess over my bookmarks toolbar, the temp solution l found was to remove the the reference "absolute" which annoyingly puts the tabs at the top again, which l suppose is better than them being unclickable mess over my bookmarks toolbar.
it just begs the question why this isnt an option in firefox, plenty of peeps seem to prefer the tabs below the toolbars and the last two updates seem to break things.

If your current code to get the tabs on bottom isn't working in Firefox 72 then see my reply in this thread:
