A few .Gov sites, DMV.Ca, California property tax.etc. close up while trying to fill out forms "this feature is not available at this time please try again later". MS Edge works normally and FF on another PC works. Is there a setting I need to adjust?

You might try clearing your browser cache and cookies. It seems maybe like you are being timed-out for inactivity early / for no reason. The message is odd in this case, but i have seen misleadingly inappropriate messages before.

Library → History → Clear recent history → Select at least Cache, Cookies, and Active Logins for the Time Range = Everything.
