Cannot open a particular website

There is one particular website domain that just will not open with Firefox, but will open with Internet Explorer (which I don't want to use). All other websites/domains open just fine in Firefox.... what the heck? Help would be appreciated. Using latest version of Ff browser and a Sony laptop computer.

Yes, unfortunately they don't provide a lot of controls. Take it or leave it, I guess?

Thank you Pallavi and others there at Firefox support. I found the solution to my problem!

I discovered that "DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials" (DPE)was causing the website not to load. Went into settings for privacy essentials and could not find a way to have it allow particular websites through. Then I discovered this morning that if one clicks on the little DPE icon which is on the tool bar in upper right corner of screen, a dialog box opens and near bottom it says "Site Privacy Protection" with an on/off button. Turning the button off on a particular webpage disables DPE for that webpage. So I turned button to off, and voila! the website opened just fine.

Thanks again for your help! Thomas
