Hi

As we recently updated Mozila Firefox, we discoverd a new issue with the software. Whenever we tried to print out a PDF, it came out blank. We went to your trouble shooting guide to solve this problem: https://support.mozilla.org/sv/kb/fix-printing-problems-firefox. But after removing the printer from Firefox, we discovered that even the preview of the page we're trying to print is now blank, and therefore won't even print a blank page.

We can assure you that the printer is not the problem, as it works perfectly fine any other time. I've attached an image below of how the preview looks like for us.

Hi The most likely root cause seems to be probably an ad-blocker or any other extension which blocks page elements. If you are using any such extension like uBlock, try disabling them and attempt to take a print-out. If that doesn't help, check if FF has any pending updates. For that 1. Click on the "three dashed " icon on the top right and select Help. 2. Then, choose "About Firefox". 3. A pop-up will appear which will check for pending updates. If there are any, please update and see if the issue is rectified.

Please, let us know if the problem is solved/still persists.
