New e-mails

This problem has been happening for approximately a week. When I receive e-mails they are listed on my screen as usual. However, when I go to each new e-mail with my cursor it 'disappears' (presumably turning white). The e-mail is still there and I can click on where it was. All other e-mails are still visible, and the new e-mail will remain visible once I have read it. Maybe I have clicked on a control switch by mistake ??

There have been some fixes for this type of issue in W7 in TB 78.4.3, released today. Help/About Thunderbird if you haven't updated.

Thanks for this information. As I said I have put up with it for about a week thinking it would sort itself; but last night I posted the query and 'hey presto' this morning it has resolved! I have checked and I do have the latest version of TB. Maybe somebody at mozilla is reading my posts!!
