also  I have a presentation via zoom and the video will be playing in the back ground. it will be noisy

  • Update Mozilla Firefox by going to: Firefox menu. > Help > About Firefox.
  • Check your computer for viruses, malware, etc.
  • Update the Display Adapter's drivers.
  • Completely uninstall and re-install Firefox.

  • Check your computer for viruses, malware, etc.
  • Update the Display Adapter's drivers.
  • Completely uninstall and re-install Firefox.
