Trying to access insurance site and mortgage site. Both loop forever. Had to use Chrome to access them. This is relatively new but since I do not access them often I do not know how new. I have been successfully accessing them with Firefox earlier this year. I would like to continue using Firefox but it has to work.

Thanks for help. However, it turns out it was Adblock. Get different reactions to Adblock but most give an intelligent response vs just spinning the busy signal forever. Site, however, seems perfectly happy with the tracking protection which had been my first try.

Where are they looping?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
