how to setup an old dbmail account in thunderbird?

To set up an existing in Thunderbird see https://support.mozilla.org/kb/automatic-account-configuration

If the new account wizard cannot detect the correct server setting use manual account configuration. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/manual-account-configuration

Note, prior to setting up the account you'll need to obtain the correct server settings from your email provider.
