Recent UPDATE of Firefox OPENING THE PROGRAM AND ADDITIONAL WINDOWS..

'SINCE Recent UPDATE of Firefox I cannot make the program open fully.. It opens with a single SMALL Window and I have Force it to expand if I want a new Tab It Opens another window in small size and I have to expand that Window.. THIS IS A BAD UPDATE...... IF I Cannot get help this will be my LAST USE of FIREFOX....

Close Firefox. Open your file browser to this hidden location:

  • Mac: *~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles
  • Linux: *~/.mozilla/firefox/Profiles
  • Windows: %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
  • *C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
  • Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data \Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

Search for the above file. Then rename or delete it. Restart Firefox.
