Since as long as I can remember, Firefox in SETTING has us to open more than ONE Tab when opening a new Window. We used to be able in setting enter as many URLs as we wanted on a NEW browser. Can't seem to new open up three TABS

Firefox supports multiple homepages separated by '|' (pipe) symbols.

You can check the homepage setting.
