While using Outlook (Hotmail) email, the "New Message" line is cut off along with "Delete" etc. so I must reboot frequently.

I don't like how the browser displays the Hotmail website. So I have been using Thunderbird.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
