I am using Thunderbird IMAP email server on two computers. If I delete my email folders on the second PC, will all my incoming/outgoing folders remain intact on the first PC? Thanks for your reply and have a great day! Peter

To be clear, if you close the account on second PC, the account (and messages) are still accessible from first PC. However, if you keep the account on second pc and delete folders or messages, then they will be gone on first PC as well. What you may want to try is to right-click on account in second PC and unsubscribe from folders you do not want to appear on second PC.
