When joining a meeting using browser, the microphone/camera permission modal is inaccessible when using only keyboard or screenreader (VoiceOver). When tabbing through the browser toolbar, it just skips the permission modal. If can't access the modal to allow/block then user cannot join the meeting.

Have you tried pressing F6 and shift+F6 to cycle through the Firefox UI elements?

If the modal is not an F6-focusable element, then perhaps your screenreader has a method for focusing them?

In NVDA for example, when in browse mode you can press O and shift+O to find embedded objects such as some dialogue boxes, menus, and embedded videos etc. Then once you have found the element you wish to interact with, you press space to focus it. And NVDA+ctrl+space returns back to the main document.
