Please understand, Thunderbird is available free, although we do openly welcome donations. Being a free product, there is no nicely-written, bound, reference manual. Basic setup information is available at many websites, and you're more than welcome to post questions here. If you compare Thunderbird to other email clients (and most of them have a fee for use), available documentation on Thunderbird exceeds all of them. We're very proud of what we do and of the documentation available. Thanks for asking.
