goggleleadservices stops me from browsing! Tried every suggestion, nothing works and it is not listed under Programs (so I can't remove it from there)

Beyond some kinda Addon that blocks ads/popup that your only choice. You can't by default stop google services from running as site use that to insure access for all internet users.
