Firefox not registering the "SUBMIT" button at bottom of the page to "submit" an application for student loan partial debt relief. Click on it and it never submits, even though the form is completed and no omissions are noted. Instantly works just fine on CHROME. My peers noted same issue. Changing back to Chrome due to this. Site is https://studentaid.gov/debt-relief/application
