I can prove that I'm using the same e-mail address but with different domain thus making the last statement from [[an article here|https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-if-im-locked-out-two-step-authentication]] invalid.

Any idea how I can contact Mozilla to restore access or delete my account to recreate it again? Cannot find an e-mail address to create a ticket :( I don't want to use custom e-mail domain for Firefox account.

Thanks!

There is no way to bypass 2FA if you lost access to the authenticator app and also do not have the recovery codes to use instead. Your only option is to create a new account with a different email address.

Thing is I have access to this e-mail and can even reset the password but can't recover access because of 2fa. And this account is registered basically with the same provider, but different domain. Any idea how I can reach Mozilla to solve this?

It is literally disgusting that firefox behaves in this manner. Not only that, but to literally have ZERO support team at their company? Ridiculous.

I have the same problem.

I lost my account because I reset my phone and lost everything, the 2fa app and backup codes.

I have an addon uploaded that I can't keep updating, it keeps appearing on google and people keep downloading it and getting confused, in Addons it's on v2.x.x in Chrome Store it's already on 4.0.0.

Check it by yourself.

Addons: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/sticky-notes-memonuki/ Chrome Store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/bookmarks-sticky-notes-me/mhobeoebldbheljjnbnpclbhpmoogbdf

I've been 3 weeks trying to at least remove it and upload it to my new account and there is no way.

I can't say enough about how tremendously disappointing and irritating it is to deal with Mozilla for anything. At this point I would settle for the removal of the old addons to avoid confusion, because the truth is that after this I do not have the slightest intention of developing anything else for firefox.

I was forced to activate 2fa to upload the addon, it was not my doing.

Really, this is ridiculous.

Same boat, this company is a joke. No wonder why everyone is moving away from them lol.

I lost my account too and I have to fuck around and see how I am left with an outdated addon that confuses my users. I even asked all my users to report it and nothing, nothing works, I think they just don't pay any fucking attention and that's the way it goes.

I just want it removed, I'm not going to upload it again, I won't work with Mozilla anymore. It's just ridiculous.
