About:config is not a feature of Firefox for iOS. I am not sure what you mean about the paste protection pop-up - are you are able to share a screenshot of it?

Thank you so much for responding!!! The screen shot you requested is attached. I am also including links to articles supposedly providing guidance on disabling this pop-up.
