Hello. I was reading Quora.com web site on my notebook in Firefox (110.0.1 64-bit) normally, then I got power outage. When electricity returned and I tried to open it again, browser didn't open it and I gave me message:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.quora.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I've tried to get support from Quora.com how message said, but they told me "this error does not originate from our website". And gave me some suggestions - "The easiest way to fix this secure connection error is to reset the Firefox settings." I've performed "Refresh Firefox", but problem persists. I don't use VPN. Can anyone please help me with this problem?

I guess I'll write an update and will try to close this ticket.

I called IPS and they couldn't open web site either. After long time access to web site was restored by itself. What is happening I have no idea, but obviously it wasn't Firefox's fault.

Anyway, thank you, Paul, for trying to help, and thank you Mozilla team for nice browser.

Thank you. Yes, I have visited it already.

I don't think that I have "TLS version unsupported" problem, because power outage was for ~1 hour and I doubt that web site will change their TLS to older one during this time. There is no problem with security software, because I tried to disable my Avast antivirus and it worked normally before power outage too. Clocks are correct, because I use notebook with battery.

I also have tried some things from "Firefox and other browsers can't load websites": "Security software is blocking the connection" - I already tried. Flushing "DNS cache" didn't help. Only thing left is "Internet Service Provider problem", but message says "Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem", while web site owners say to contact web browser support.

Strange thing is that nor Firefox, nor Chrome became unable to open web site after 1 hour of power outage. While I use Epic Privacy Browser with build-in VPN and through it I can open web site normally.
