Google Voice echo
There appears to be an echo for recipient of calls when I use Google Voice through Firefox. When I call people, they hear an echo of their own voice. I hear them fine. This just recently happened which I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the last update installed. I tried a different browser and it works fine. Please help.

What Browser and how are you logging into google voice to use that online feature?
Are you using a headset as this can be caused by using speakers and the microphone picking up the sound ?
I am using Firefox 116.0.3 to log into Google Voice through my Macbook Pro. I've been using the built in speakers on my laptop and haven't had an issue until this week.
Again, the call recipient hears my voice fine. And I hear their voice fine. It is when they start speaking, they hear an echo of their own voice after a second. So I'm not sure if switching to a headset on my end would make a difference.
I tried Chrome and it works fine so I was thinking maybe it's an issue with the latest Firefox update? Just wanted to put this out there too in case anybody else is having the same issue.
Did this work before in Firefox? I assume that this has to do with noise canceling not working properly.
