The screenshot is from gmail opened in firefox on mac. There is a specific font that looks funny and is hard to read. But only in Firefox. The same email, when opened in the other browser, looks fine.

My guess is that there is some bad cached font stored by Firefox. Is there someway to reset that cache?

Could be a problem with a ligature font, you can select just that character combination and check this in the Fonts tab in the right panel in the inspector.

You can right-click and select "Inspect" to open the built-in Inspector with this element selected.

You can check in the Rules tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font-family is used for selected text. You can check in the Fonts tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font is actually used because Firefox might be using a different font than specified by the website. If the Fonts tab is hidden, click the down arrow at the right end.

Hi, the "Rules tab" shows font-family: "Wix Madefor Text",sans-serif; but the "Fonts tabs" shows font used "Helvetica" If I remove the checkbox for font-family in the inspector rules tab - then the text look normal and good again.

@zeroknight, yes it behave the same for Troubleshoot mode.
