I am running Thunderbird 115.5.2 and use the "Remove Duplicates" add-on. Until last week it worked ok, but recently it can't find duplicates anymore. I created a TEST-folder and there are 6885 messages in it. There are multiple duplicates for each email and yet Remove Duplicates tells me: "No duplicates found". I have attached a screenshot. Sorry, I minimized certain columns for security reasons but you can see there are many duplicates present. Can somebody shed light on this? Is there a bug in the current version of Thunderbird? Thanks for your help!

Chosen solution

If you use an addon, it is developed and maintained by an individual separate from the Thunderbird organization. Your best bet is to contact the developer, as we have no access to that code.

OK, thanks for that. I didn't realize I was on the wrong forum. Sorry!

No, this is fine. You found out about contacting addon developers, and we're glad to share that. You came to the right place to learn about it.  :)
