When I try to open Facebook, NJ.Com and Shopmyexchange.com I get the error message "Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.facebook.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR". I have tried the instructions on your support page but that didn't help. I can get into other web pages with no problem and can get into the 3 web sites using another browser.

You can try to disable DNS over HTTPS.

Do you use a Proxy or VPN?

You can check the connection settings.

  • Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet, select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.

See "Firefox connection settings":
