V122.0 I just tried it and was able to log in OK. The only thing I noticed was that it asked me again to enter a security code and check whether I wanted to do this in the future. Maybe something lost in a cookie?

Try clearing site cookies and disabling Tracking Protection for the site.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
