Problem Syncing my account because of my email problems

more options

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling me my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that.

So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account.

I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me somehow! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! I'm desperate- here it is - Email hidden for privacy - you can contact me through that. Please help!!! Thank you!

I sure thank you for the reply! After hours upon hours and a couple days even, searching this problem out, the culprit was finally located. I set a Filter in my email so to stop a certain business sending their email constantly. Their email continued so much, even a few times each and every day, I tried to set their emails as spam, but they kept coming using a different Subject and even address is why the spam didn't work. So I set a Filter to their email and a certain setting inside this Filter caused (all) of my email to actually stop. I couldn't send or receive. It drove me nuts trying to figure just what the heck is going on. Finally, a friend that works at my email provider found that this Filter that I set was the culprit to not receiving or sending of email. Thank God!!! Basically a simple little thing turned out to be humongous though. Anyway, I really appreciate the reply and can't thank you enough for doing so. Am just o trilled to finally find the problem though. Now I got to figure out a way to (again) stop those annoying spamming emails that I tried to stop before because once this culprit was fixed, there was those emails again. Thanks so much!!!

Unfortunately, this is just a End user help and no one will directly contact to help here beyond the posting and links they give you here. You must log out off all sync devices to setup the sync otherwise you will not be able to change the setup.

Good to know sometimes it could be simple and sometimes the outcome isn't what you wanted. As anything always make sure your email filter is correctly set so you can filter junk/spam out but not important emails. Glads it's not sync issue as that can get weedy as well.
