When using the location field/bar, I have set firefox to use history. But, the sites that are listed there never change. I have been going to a site several times a day for the past couple of weeks, yet it does not appear in the list of sites that drops down from the location field.

The location field has only 12 results in it. Only the most frequently visited sites are situated here.

To see full history, press Ctrl-H.

To see the site in the location bar, type some keywords related to it; then location bar might show the site as one of the results, maybe even the first one.

You can make the Visit Count column visible in the Library (History > Show All History) to see how often you have visited the sites that show in that list. You can clear the history to reset the visit count of all websites.
