Can one add a custom icon to the navigation toolbar based on the edit choices, like "Print Preview"

I would like to add a 'print preview' icon to the navigation tool bar. This is one of the choices in the "File" drop-down... so I was wondering if I could assign it to an icon. This got me thinking it might be useful to be able to assign other drop-down menu choices to custom or user created or imported icons, and that other folks might find it useful too, even if it took some html work.

Go to the link below. Look at the first 7 items; click on each and read what they do. I have used the 2nd one Print/Print Preview 0.7, but I do not do much printing.
